Teufelberger

Sigma Plastics Group and Teufelberger Group created a joint venture to acquire Marflex M.J. Maillis Poland from Maillis International SA, a maker of stretch film and strapping.

Maillis Group, a manufacturer of end-of-line packaging equipment, was acquired by Sigma Plastics Group and Teufelberger on April 4, 2022. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Austrian rope company Teufelberger will acquire Italian steel wire rope specialist Redaelli Tecna from Russian owner Severstal–metiz. The deal is expected to close in three to four months.
