Spartan Aerospace Group, a portfolio company of The Edgewater Funds, acquired B & B Airparts, an aviation manufacturing firm based in Wichita, Kansas. The acquisition closed on January 5, 2026.

Enjet Aero, LLC acquired Spartan Aerospace LLC, a manufacturer of machined aeroengine components based in Manchester, Connecticut. The acquisition adds a 70,000-square-foot facility and over 80 employees to Enjet Aero.
