Enjet Aero

Enjet Aero acquired Integral Industries, a Connecticut-based manufacturer of aircraft engine components, on June 8, 2022. The acquisition expands Enjet's manufacturing footprint to nine locations across North America.

Enjet Aero, LLC acquired Spartan Aerospace LLC, a manufacturer of machined aeroengine components based in Manchester, Connecticut. The acquisition adds a 70,000-square-foot facility and over 80 employees to Enjet Aero.

Enjet Aero, LLC acquired Enginetics Corporation from Standex International Corporation for $11.7 million in cash on March 31, 2021. Enginetics generated approximately $9.0 million in revenue in the first nine months of fiscal 2021.

Enjet Aero announced the acquisition of Admill Machine, a precision machined parts supplier for turbine engine manufacturers, located in New Britain, Connecticut.
