BelGaN Group

onsemi signed a definitive agreement to sell its wafer fabrication facility in South Portland, Maine to Diodes Incorporated, and closed the sale of its Oudenaarde, Belgium fab to BelGaN Group BV, as part of its fab-liter manufacturing strategy.

BelGaN Group BV has completed the acquisition of all shares of ON Semiconductor Belgium BV from the Onsemi group. The site in Oudenaarde will be transformed from silicon to GaN.
