Matrix Adhesives Group launches platform via recapitalizations of Guy Chemical and Nuco
Matrix Adhesives Group, backed by private equity firm Goldner Hawn, launched a North American adhesive and sealant manufacturing and packaging platform formed from the contemporaneous recapitalizations of Guy Chemical Company LLC and Nuco, Inc. Dan Horner, an industry veteran, will lead the combined platform as CEO.
