Matrix Adhesives Group launches platform via recapitalizations of Guy Chemical and Nuco

Matrix Adhesives Group, backed by private equity firm Goldner Hawn, launched a North American adhesive and sealant manufacturing and packaging platform formed from the contemporaneous recapitalizations of Guy Chemical Company LLC and Nuco, Inc.
