Bunker Hill Mining

Bunker Hill Mining Corp. signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Teck Resources Limited to purchase the Pend Oreille process plant for $2.75 million in cash or $3.0 million in cash and shares, including a $0.5 million non-refundable deposit. The plant will be used for a planned 1,500 tpd operation at Bunker Hill.
