1111 Acquisition Corp

Pacific Empire Minerals Corp has signed a binding agreement granting 1111 Acquisition Corp an exclusive option to earn up to a 70% interest in the Pinnacle copper-gold project in British Columbia, by spending C$5.7 million on exploration and paying C$375,000 in cash and 3.5 million shares.
