FormFactor, Inc.

Camtek Ltd. has agreed to acquire FormFactor Inc.'s FRT Metrology business for $100 million in cash. FRT is a supplier of high-precision metrology solutions for Advanced Packaging and Silicon Carbide markets.

FormFactor, Inc. announced the opening of a new 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility at its Livermore, California campus to expand capacity for semiconductor wafer probe card production. The facility includes a class 1000 clean room and is part of $70-80 million in capacity expansion investments in 2021.
