Camtek Ltd.

Camtek received an approximately $25 million order from a tier-1 HBM manufacturer for inspection and metrology systems for High Bandwidth Memory. Most systems are expected to be delivered in the second half of 2024.

Camtek Ltd. received a new order for 28 systems from a tier-1 manufacturer for inspection and metrology of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and Heterogenous Integration (HI) applications. The systems are expected to be delivered during 2024.

Camtek Ltd. has agreed to acquire FormFactor Inc.'s FRT Metrology business for $100 million in cash. FRT is a supplier of high-precision metrology solutions for Advanced Packaging and Silicon Carbide markets.

Camtek Ltd. received orders for 42 systems from several tier-1 semiconductor manufacturers, primarily for chiplet modules and HBM manufacturing. Systems are expected to be delivered in H2 2023.

Chroma Ate Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 20.5% stake in Camtek for $74 million in cash. The transaction includes shares from Priortech and new shares issued by Camtek, and is expected to close by end of Q2 2019.
