HMH has announced the establishment of a joint venture with Tanajib Holding Company in Saudi Arabia to provide drilling solutions and services, supporting Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision.

HMH Holdings B.V. has completed the acquisition of Electrical Subsea & Drilling AS (ESD), a Bergen, Norway-based company holding patents and technology for electronic blowout preventers and rotating control devices.

The merger of Baker Hughes' Subsea Drilling Systems business and Akastor's wholly-owned subsidiary MHWirth has been completed to form HMH, a global offshore drilling equipment company. Baker Hughes and Akastor own equal equity in the new company, effective October 1, 2021.
