Akastor agrees to sell KOP Surface Products to Weir Group for $114M
Akastor ASA agreed to sell KOP Surface Products, a Singapore-based supplier of wellheads, trees, valves and actuators, to The Weir Group for USD 114 million on a debt- and cash-free basis. Closing is expected in Q3 2017.
