Ground Force Worldwide

Ground Force Worldwide and Mega Corp united at CONEXPO 2026, marking the first time customers experienced the combined company following the acquisition.

Ground Force Worldwide, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MEGA Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty vehicles and support equipment for mining and heavy construction. The deal includes MEGA's production facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and nearly 100 employees.

Ground Force Worldwide and TowHaul announced a partnership with Field Mining Services Group (FMS) on 27 July 2023. FMS will be the official preferred distributor and service provider for all Ground Force and TowHaul products and services across Australia.

Ground Force Worldwide, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, signed a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all assets and operations of TowHaul Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of heavy-duty off-road specialty metal extraction support equipment. The acquisition is expected to combine the two brands under the Ground Force portfolio.
