Imtech Belgium acquires Elektrotechniek Van Hecke
Imtech Belgium, part of the Cordeel Group, acquired Elektrotechniek Van Hecke (EVH), an electrical installation company based in Evergem, Belgium. The entire team of 40 employees remains on board, and CEO Peter Van Hecke continues as managing director.

C-biotech and HempFlax acquire hemp insulation factory from Kingspan
C-biotech, a subsidiary of Cordeel Group, together with HempFlax Group, is acquiring a German production site for hemp insulation materials in Nördlingen from Kingspan. The activities will be continued in a new joint venture called C-HempFlax Building Solutions GmbH, retroactively as of November 1, 2025.
