Kingspan Group

Kingspan reached an agreement to acquire all shares in Vestfold Plastindustri AS, a Norwegian manufacturer of corrosion-free GRP tanks, including its subsidiaries. Vestfold Plastindustri had 86 employees and turnover of 150 MNOK in 2017.

Kingspan has acquired a 51% stake in Isoeste Construtivos Isotérmicos, an insulated panel manufacturer in Brazil with four production sites and about 630 employees. The transaction amount was not disclosed.

Paroc Group agreed to sell its Paroc Panel System (PPS) business to Kingspan Group. No value was disclosed.
