Clear Edge Filtration

Filtration Group Corporation, through its subsidiary Clear Edge Filtration GmbH, acquired the remaining 40% of IBS Filtran Kunststoff/Metallerzeugnisse GmbH, gaining sole control of the German filtration systems producer.

Clear Edge Filtration announced the expansion of its Minnesota plant to add fabrication of liquid filtration media and belting products, integrating yarn-to-finished-product capabilities in one building. The Tulsa, Oklahoma site will transition to other facilities.
