Parker-Hannifin Corporation proposed to acquire 100% of the share capital of Filtration Group Corporation, both of which supply filtration products for industrial applications in Australia. The deal was filed with the ACCC on February 5, 2026.
Parker-Hannifin has agreed to acquire Filtration Group Corporation, a U.S. private company affiliated with Madison Industries, on a cash-free, debt-free basis for $9.25 billion. The deal is expected to close within six to twelve months, subject to regulatory approvals.
Filtration Group Corporation completed its acquisition of Multisorb Technologies, a Buffalo, New York maker of active packaging sorbent solutions with over 450 employees. The deal was announced as closed on 30 April 2018.
