Amprod, LLC, a U.S.-based industrial automation and systems integration provider, acquired Simmtech Process Engineering, a Canadian systems integrator. The acquisition strengthens Amprod's presence in Canada and enhances its automation and smart manufacturing solutions. The acquisition is effective as of May 15, 2025.

Press Room Equipment, including Norwalk Innovation and Waddington Electronics, merged with EnSight and will operate under the EnSight brand. The merger combines industrial processing equipment with food processing lines.
