Middleby acquires M-TEK's modified atmosphere packaging business
Middleby Packaging Solutions, a unit of Middleby Corporation, completed the purchase of the assets of M-TEK, a developer of modified atmosphere packaging systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
