AgJunction Inc.

Kubota Corporation will acquire AgJunction Inc. for CAD $0.75 per share in an all-cash deal valued at approximately CAD $91 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by way of a plan of arrangement.

AgJunction Inc., through its subsidiary Novariant, has been chosen by Komatsu Ltd. to provide sophisticated automation kits for construction workplaces. The contract follows successful integration of autosteering systems for Komatsu's agricultural equipment.
