Döhler Finance Management, a subsidiary of Döhler Group, has agreed to acquire Treatt plc, a flavor and fragrance ingredients company, for 305 pence per share in cash, valuing the company at approximately £183 million. The deal represents a 48% premium to the closing price on April 28, 2026.

Döhler North America launched the expansion of its Cartersville, Georgia plant, adding advanced production lines and R&D labs focused on compounds, liquid flavors, extractions, and syrups. The first phase addresses immediate growth needs and lays the foundation for future expansions.

Döhler is expanding refrigeration production at its ZUCASA plant in Fraga, Spain, by adding a water chiller and installing two Howden compressors to increase cooling capacity for juice and puree production.
