Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor

Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor agreed to buy a 100% stake in Sichuan Yichong Technology, a wireless charging chip maker, for 3.28 billion yuan ($457 million) in a cash-and-stock deal.

Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor signed an acquisition intention agreement to acquire a 95.75% stake in Linko Semiconductor for approximately CNY 610 million, consisting of cash and shares.
