Berner Oy signed an agreement to sell its Machinery business to Logisnext Finland. The acquisition transfers the representation of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, Combilift, and Dulevo sweepers brands, along with personnel, to Logisnext Finland.

Berner Ltd has acquired a majority stake in Chemigate Oy, a company selling modified starches for technical applications. Chemigate will continue as an independent subsidiary with the same management. The transaction requires approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
