NHanced Semiconductors plans to invest $152 million to renovate a Cook Medical facility in Bloomington, Indiana, into a microelectronics manufacturing and packaging facility, creating at least 250 jobs.

NHanced Semiconductors announced a $152 million investment in a new facility in Monroe County, Indiana, which could create 1,000 jobs.

NHanced Semiconductors is expanding the cleanroom of its North Carolina foundry to house a new high-volume advanced packaging line. The new line is expected to begin production in the second half of 2022, capable of producing up to 10,000 3DIC wafer stacks per month.
