Sennheiser acquired Swiss company Merging Technologies and German studio specialist Neumann.Berlin, integrating them under the Sennheiser group to expand Neumann's audio solutions.

Sonova, the world's largest hearing aid maker, agreed to buy the consumer electronics unit of Sennheiser for EUR 200 million. The deal is expected to close by end of 2021, subject to regulatory approval.

Sonova Holding AG will fully acquire Sennheiser's Consumer Electronics business. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by the end of 2021.
