Sonova Holding AG will fully take over Sennheiser's Consumer Electronics business, adding headphones and soundbars to its hearing care portfolio. The transfer is expected to be completed by the end of 2021, subject to regulatory approval.

Sonova, the world's largest hearing aid maker, agreed to buy the consumer electronics unit of Sennheiser for EUR 200 million. The deal is expected to close by end of 2021, subject to regulatory approval.
