RFHIC selected as lead vendor for South Korean GaN semiconductor project
RFHIC has been chosen as the lead vendor for a national project to develop X-band GaN semiconductor integrated circuits for the KF-X fighter jet radar. The project is overseen by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Ministry of National Defense.
