RFHIC disclosed on October 19, 2020, a contract signed on October 16, 2020, with LIG Nex1 to supply RF high-power amplifiers for defense radar systems, valued at 16.04 billion won (approx. USD 14.2 million).

Metalife, a KOSDAQ-listed company, acquired B&C Tech, a firm specializing in aluminum DIP brazing and military environmental control systems, to maximize synergy in the defense sector. The acquisition was announced on September 28, 2020.

RFHIC Corp has signed a multi-quarter agreement worth at least $54 million to purchase gallium nitride on silicon carbide high-electron-mobility transistors from Wolfspeed, a Cree company. The deal supports RFHIC's expansion in the RF market, including 5G applications.

RFHIC has signed a contract worth KRW 2.8 billion (approx. USD 2.6 million) with Samsung Electronics to supply GaN transistors for Sprint mobile base stations in the U.S. The contract runs from February 12 to April 27, 2018.
