SK Siltron

SK Siltron completed the acquisition of DuPont's Silicon Carbide Wafer unit for $450 million, closing on February 29, 2020. The business is based in Auburn, Michigan.

DuPont Electronics & Imaging signed an agreement to sell its Compound Semiconductor Solutions (CSS) business to SK Siltron, a South Korean silicon wafer supplier. The transaction is expected to close by end of 2019.
