ICI Pakistan

ICI Pakistan and Tariq Glass Industries executed a joint venture agreement to set up a greenfield float glass manufacturing facility with a production capacity of up to 1,000 tonnes/day, to be built in two phases of 500 tonnes/day each. ICI Pakistan will hold 51% and Tariq Glass 49%.

The board of ICI Pakistan approved the merger of NutriCo Pakistan into NutriCo Morinaga, a joint venture with Morinaga Milk Industry and Unibrands, and approved acquisition of 11% of NutriCo Pakistan to increase shareholding to 51%.
