Spartronics LLC

Spartronics LLC, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, acquired Inovar Inc., an electronic manufacturing services provider. The combined company will operate eight manufacturing plants in the US, Mexico, and Vietnam with approximately 1,700 employees and sales over $500M.

Spartronics LLC broke ground on a new 270,000-square-foot electronics manufacturing facility in Binh Duong City, Vietnam, scheduled to open in March 2022, replacing its current site and expanding capacity.
