Jinbei Automobile

Jinbei Automobile's subsidiary Shenyang Jinchen Automotive Technology Development has signed a contract to sell 49% of Shenyang Jinbei Adient Automotive Parts to Lear Mauritius for RMB 264 million. The transaction has passed state-owned asset approval but is pending antitrust clearance and other procedures.

Jinbei Automobile announced it plans to purchase 49% equity of Shenyang Lear automobile seat Interior System Co., Ltd. for 233 million yuan.

Jinbei Automobile and Lear (China) Investment signed a cooperation framework agreement on April 13, 2021, to set up an auto parts platform company and two production companies as joint ventures to supply seat business to Brilliance BMW.
