Prince International Corp.

KPS Capital Partners acquired the porcelain enamel, glass coatings and forehearth colorants businesses of Prince International Corporation, which operate as PEMCO International.

The US Federal Trade Commission cleared Prince International Corp's merger with Ferro Corp, valued at $2.1 billion, on condition that Prince sells three facilities. EU antitrust regulators had cleared the deal in January 2022.

KPS Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope Inc. from CRH plc for approximately $3.45 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close in mid-2022.

Shareholders of Ferro Corporation approved its acquisition by an affiliate of Prince International Corporation for $22.00 per share in cash. The merger is expected to close in Q1 2022.

Ferro Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Prince International Corp. for $2.1 billion in an all-cash transaction.
