Chromaflo Technologies has acquired Rolfes Colour Pigments International of South Africa, including its liquid dispersion and pigment trading businesses.

Chromaflo Technologies acquired the colorants business of Central de Colores Plásticos (CECOPLAS), including production in Querétaro, Mexico, effective November 1, 2018.

Chromaflo Technologies announced plans to build a new pigment dispersion manufacturing facility. The target timeline is to produce trial batches in early January 2019, with full production soon thereafter.

Chromaflo Technologies Corp. has acquired the Elementis Tint-Ayd line of colorant products and select Dapro driers from Elementis Specialties, Inc., effective March 17, 2017. The purchase price was not disclosed.

American Securities signed a definitive agreement to acquire Chromaflo Technologies Corp., with the transaction expected to close in November.
