Corialis

Profils Systèmes, part of Corialis, will invest €13.5 million to expand its Baillargues plant by 5,000 m² and install a second aluminium extrusion press, creating over 60 jobs. The project is the second tranche of a €22 million program.

Astorg has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Corialis, a European designer and manufacturer of aluminium systems for windows and doors, from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI. Corialis management will reinvest alongside Astorg.
