Astorg

Astorg agreed to acquire drug delivery device maker Nemera from Montagu Private Equity, and Montagu elected to reinvest as an equal partner alongside Astorg and management. Nemera operates four manufacturing sites in France, Germany and the US and employs 1,950 FTEs. Terms were not disclosed.

Partners Group AG, on behalf of its clients, agreed to acquire Megadyne Group from Astorg and other minority shareholders, with the Tadolini family reinvesting. The deal was announced on 2018-07-05.
