Trackunit

Danish tracking, telematics and systems supplier Trackunit has acquired American mobile electronics installation company OEM Solutions Inc.

Trackunit and the Industrial IoT division of ZTR announced they are combining their businesses to serve the construction industry, with a focus on telematics and digital transformation.

Hg, a global software investor, has agreed to acquire a controlling interest in Trackunit, a leader in software-led telematics for construction, from Goldman Sachs and GRO Capital.

Trackunit A/S acquired UK-based telematics provider Satrak UK Ltd, making Trackunit the leading machine telematics provider in the UK and strengthening its European position.
