Minneapolis-based Fabcon Precast acquired Bristol Precast, a division of The Bristol Group, including its engineered precast and prestressed concrete products business and a production facility in Charlestown, Indiana.

Fabcon Precast acquired the assets of the Building Services Division from Oldcastle Infrastructure, including the Selkirk, New York facility, to expand its geographic footprint and product portfolio in precast concrete products.
