Bristol Group

Minneapolis-based Fabcon Precast acquired Bristol Precast, a division of The Bristol Group, including its engineered precast and prestressed concrete products business and a production facility in Charlestown, Indiana.

Ohio Valley Precast will invest $12 million to establish a new production facility in Clark County, Indiana, creating up to 80 jobs. The 35,000-square-foot facility will be complete by Q2 2017 and increase capacity to 3 million square feet of precast concrete components annually.
