Oldcastle Infrastructure

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, acquired Hydro International, a provider of stormwater and wastewater treatment products and services in North America and Europe. The acquisition expands Oldcastle's water management offering.

Fabcon Precast acquired the assets of the Building Services Division from Oldcastle Infrastructure, including the Selkirk, New York facility, to expand its geographic footprint and product portfolio in precast concrete products.
