TMH Africa will produce over 1200 bogie frames at its Boksburg, South Africa facility for the Egyptian National Railways' new fleet of 1300 passenger coaches, with deliveries of up to 50 bogies per month over three years.

Rolls-Royce has signed an agreement to sell its Bergen Engines medium-speed gas and diesel engines business to TMH International (part of TMH Group) for net proceeds of approximately EUR 150 million. The sale includes the factory, service workshop, foundry in Norway, and global service network.
