Persán

Spanish family-owned company Persán S.A. has signed an agreement with Migros to acquire the Mibelle Group, including all employees and facilities in Switzerland, France, the UK, the Netherlands, USA and Australia. The transaction does not include Gowoonsesang Cosmetics Co., Ltd.

Persán is completing a new plant in Wroblowice, near its existing Wroclaw facility, which will be a centre of excellence for personal care.

Persán invested over €65 million in 2022 to improve and expand production capacity at its factories in Wroclaw (Poland), Seville (Spain) and Saint-Vulbas (France), creating more than 500 jobs over three years.

Persán has acquired land in Wróblowice, Poland, to build a new factory with an investment of €40 million. The plant is expected to be ready by early 2023, doubling packaging lines and increasing production capacity by 70%.
