Acumed, a Colson Medical | Marmon | Berkshire Hathaway company, has acquired ExsoMed, a provider of innovative solutions for hand surgery. The acquisition enhances Acumed's portfolio of upper extremity solutions.

Colson Medical, LLC announced the merger of its two companies, Acumed and OsteoMed. The combined business will focus on orthopedic surgical markets, with operations integrated over the coming year.
