Chr. Hansen agreed to sell its Natural Colors Division to the EQT IX fund. The division's products are primarily used in food and beverage applications.

EQT IX agreed to acquire the Natural Colors division of Chr. Hansen for €800 million ($934 million). The division, based in Hørsholm, Denmark, serves the food and beverage industry with natural colors from fruit and vegetable concentrates.
