SP Group

SP Group A/S has agreed to acquire Coreplast Laitila Oy, an injection moulding company in Laitila, Finland, for an enterprise value of up to DKK 70 million. The acquisition is expected to accelerate SP Group's growth.

GE Power secured a contract from the Shapoorji Pallonji Group to supply power generation equipment for a 220 MW combined cycle power plant in Bhola, Bangladesh. The equipment includes two 6F.03 gas turbines, HRSGs, a steam turbine generator, and controls.

SP Group A/S acquired MM Composite A/S and its US subsidiary MM Composite Inc. from MMC Group ApS. MM Composite, with 65 employees, produces composite components for wind and hydro energy industries.
