Architect Equity

Architect Equity acquired the Aerospace Composites Division of AAR Corporation. The division, now doing business as Aeromatrix Composites, will continue to be based in Clearwater, Florida.

AAR Corp has entered into a definitive agreement to divest its aerospace composite manufacturing business to an affiliate of Architect Equity. The business employs about 150 people at facilities in Clearwater, Florida and Sacramento, California.
