2 JCP

Jet Investment will merge 2 JCP with PBS INDUSTRY and PBS POWER EQUIPMENT, creating the 2 JCP Group. 2 JCP will acquire 100% of PBS INDUSTRY and PBS POWER EQUIPMENT through the Jet 2 fund, effective January 1, 2021.

Jet Investment's Jet 2 fund acquired a 70% stake in 2 JCP, a supplier of filtration and acoustic solutions for gas turbine manufacturers, with a plant in Račice and offices in the UK and USA.
