Gault & Frémont acquires Emballages du Dauphiné and Daujas paper bag makers
Gault & Frémont, backed by UI Gestion, has acquired paper bag makers Emballages du Dauphiné and Daujas, which serve industrial bakeries and retail. The deal ensures the transfer of the founder's stake to managing director Carmen Pirès.
