Guizhou Cenwen Chemical

Guizhou Cenwen Chemical is constructing a plant in Weng'an, Guizhou, for 50,000 t/y phthalic anhydride, 20,000 t/y plasticizer, and 100,000 t/y unsaturated resin, with total investment of RMB 762 million. The plasticizer unit is expected to start trial operation in July 2020.
