China National Chemical Engineering Group

China National Chemical Engineering Group (CNCEC) signed a FEED+EPC contract with Russia's RusGasDobycha for the Baltic Chemical Complex (BCC) project in Chengdu on October 11, 2019. The contract is worth approximately EUR 12 billion and will produce 2.8 million tons of ethylene and 2.88 million tons of polyethylene per year.

China National Chemical Engineering Group plans to build a one-million-ton capacity nylon 66 factory in Zibo, Shandong, China. The first phase, with 200,000 tons annual capacity, will take three years to build. A joint venture with registered capital of CNY 2.7 billion will oversee construction.
